Appointments
Scheduled appointments for wigs, hair pieces and breast/bra fittings are required. This will ensure that one of our licensed cosmetologists and/or accredited breast fitters are available to assist you. We ask that you be prompt for your appointment so that we can address your needs in an allotted timeframe. It is important to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the proper paperwork. Due to the time it requires to do a professional consultation, arriving 15 minutes late will result in a rescheduled appointment.
Insurance
We have a dedicated in-house insurance billing team to make the process simple for you.
- With a valid physician’s prescription and required documentation, we will bill all insurance companies we are contracted with as a courtesy.
- For non-contracted purchases, we’ll help you submit for reimbursement.
- Co-pays, deductibles, upgrades, and non-billable items are the client’s responsibility based on your individual policy.
We are a Medicare supplier and are contracted with select Michigan and Illinois Medicaid plans, as well as many major providers, including:
Anthem (BCBS), Priority Health, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Select Health Network, ASR, Lakeland Care Network, and more.
Post mastectomy and compression products are allowed benefits by Medicare and most insurance companies.

Angel Closet
Naturally Yours and Studio I have an Angel Closet that consists of limited new and slightly used donated breast forms, bras and wigs. These items are for those that are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise do not have the means to purchase. It is an honor for us to help women in our community.
